First Day of Term for Year 7 – Tuesday 2 September 2025
We hope that the welcome evening, familiarisation and taster days, gave you and your child the information and confidence needed ahead of starting at St Catherine's College. We know there are often lots of questions about starting secondary school, and you might even be feeling a little nervous, which is perfectly natural. Open Evening - Tuesday 9 September, 4.30pm - 8pm
We are delighted to welcome parents/carers of children entering Year 6 in September 2025 to our Open Evening. This takes place on Tuesday 9 September 2025, 4.30pm - 8pm. Please allow 45 minutes for the school tour. Headteacher's speeches are at 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Please note that if you book the 7.30pm speech, you will need to tour the school beforehand. Welcome Evening 2026 - dates TBC

Familiarisation Day 2026 - dates TBC
This day is for children coming from a school where less than three will be joining us and also for children feeling more vulnerable than others about the move. Times will be confirmed directly with these families.
Taster Days 2026 - dates TBC
Times to be confirmed with these families, but will navigate a normal school day as much as possible.
