Special Educational Needs

At St Catherine’s College we prepare students to stand shoulder to shoulder with their peers locally, nationally and globally, enabling every child to achieve their God-given potential. We inspire and support our learners to be Ambitious, Hard-working, Resilient and Responsible.

We are an inclusive school, and, as such, our staff are trained to meet the needs of students within the mainstream classroom, regardless of need. We set high expectations for all our students tailoring set targets to individuals. We work with our students, their families and wider agencies to support and then celebrate, the successes of our students. We believe all students have the ability to flourish and are well supported within our college community.

Please see below, our SEND Policy and report to see how we put this support into action.
