COVID-19 reminder

We would like to remind everyone that the primary COVID -19 symptoms are:

• A high temperature - this means you feel hot to touch on chest or back

• A new continuous cough - coughing a lot for more than an hour or having three or more coughing episodes in 24 hours

• Loss or change to your sense of taste and smell

• Sore throat and symptoms of a common cold

The current Government recommendations are that if a student tests positive for Covid 19 that they should isolate for three days. The day that they test positive is classed as day zero followed by three further days of isolation. Students may then return to college after this time provided they are well enough to do so and they no longer have a high temperature.
